1. May is National Blood Pressure Month…what sends yours soaring, either literally or figuratively? What calms you down? When did you last have your bp checked?
My blood pressure is usually always low. I might hit the norm which is 120/80 if I’m running around doing stuff but most normally like 90/50 or there abouts. What sends it soaring is stress at work and just chilling at the house can bring it down.

2. You just found $1-what do you spend it on? How about 10$ 100?
Bills at this point lol I’m working 3 jobs and still don’t have enough money just to live. I have no credit cards or car payment so you’d think it’d be doable. I’ve applied for a job just on Saturday at a car dealership which is 10 hours every Saturday. *crosses fingers* here’s hoping that pans out.

3. Mandatory labeling of genetically engineered (GE) food has been proposed, but not enacted in the US. How much attention do you give food labels before you buy? Are you in favor of labeling if it means an increase in food prices? Is this an issue you’ve been following and feel strongly about, or is this the first you’ve heard of the controversy?
I admit I don’t really look at labels. I just buy what I want.

4. May 15th marks the birthdate of Frank Baum, author of The Wizard of Oz. At this point in time, are you more in need of brains, courage, heart, or a trip back home? Explain.
I think courage. I need the courage to find a good job even if it is not in this state and move.

5. “There’s no place like home” is an oft repeated line from Baum’s book. When was the last time you felt the truth of that statement?
Every summer when I take the kids to kidney camp for the week out in the mountains. I sooo am ready to go home and just sleep for a day or two.

6. Steak…yes please or no thank you? What cut do you prefer and how do you like yours cooked? Sauce or no sauce? Besides your own kitchen, where’s a place you like to go to get a great steak?
No thanks. I was put off from steak as a child when I was forced to eat it and the fat that came with it. I couldn’t leave the table one time until I ate everything on it. So I shove the meat and fat in and then puked it back up. 😕

7. When was the last time you were in a genuine hurry?
I seem to also be in a hurry lately going from one job to the next in the same day or getting to classes on time when they are in session.

8. Insert your own random thought here.
Do you DVR your shows to watch now just so you can fast forward through the commercials? I do on most shows now that I have this thing.

    I wish GMO foods were labeled. I am somewhat nervous about eating frankenfish.
